New Worldwide Roaming Bolt Ons From O2


As of the 27th November, O2 Business customers no longer need to worry about hidden roaming charges or rely on expensive wifi while travelling outside of Europe.

O2 have launched two new Worldwide data Bolt Ons to help you keep connected at a clear and affordable price. This strengthens their portfolio and offers a solution that customers really want.

What are the Bolt Ons?
• Worldwide 24 hour data Bolt On: £7.50 (for up to 200MB data). Ideal for occasional travellers.
• Worldwide data Bolt On: £120 ex VAT (for up to 2GB data). Perfect for those taking longer business trips.

The 24 hour Bolt On will be automatically added to any new business customers’ accounts. You’ll only be charged for the Bolt On when you leave the UK and use data abroad.

In January, Livvy’s and O2 will be migrating some existing business customers on eligible tariffs and will start to communicate this from 2 December.
What does this mean for our customers?
This is a great message for our customers who travel on business. The new Bolt Ons offer peace of mind, control, flexibility and convenience when customers use data abroad.

They’re also fantastic value (previous pricing was up to £6 per MB of data outside Europe!) and extremely competitive. Zones 1, 2 & 3 cover 90% of our customers’ existing data roaming traffic, and the allowances offered within those zones will enable us to meet our customers’ roaming needs in 137 countries.
